I just found out you can use your Steam Wishlist to search for deals on games outside of Steam, saving my nephew more than ÂŁ40 on Total War: Warhammer 3

I may be very late to the party with this discovery, but I only just realised you can connect your Steam Wishlist to a third-party deals tracker. The beauty of which is that, once hooked up, you can see what games you've been pining for are going cheap not just on Steam but through any major shopfront across the internet. Terrific fantasy RPG Queen's Domain gets first proper update, adding a new throwing weapon and options to make puzzles "less frustrating"

Extremely good King's Field-style RPG Queen's Domain – or is it a Metroid Prime homage? Or a stealth Morrowind-up? GTA 6's PC release may come sooner than anticipated, according to former Rockstar North technical director Obbe Vermeij, because Rockstar and publishers Take-Two will be concerned about losing money to unofficial generative AI clones of the PS5 version, once it launches on 19th November. In general, Vermeij thinks that how to avoid having your games duplicated by chatbot herders is "the big question" right now for devs and publishers, particularly those who don't have the means to enforce their

Members of the consortium led by the Saudi Arabian government's Public Investment Fund and some private equity suits which took over EA this year in a leveraged buyout worth $55 billion reportedly have a new target in their sights. Unity, software company and makers of the game engine bearing the same name, have held talks with the consortium over a potential takeover, it's claimed. Read more
